The Absolute Technician Programme is a combination of our Lash Lift and Tint, Classic Lash Extensions, Brow Sculpt, Brow Lamination, Henna Brows and Brow Mapping Training.
This course is suitable for those who would like to kick start their careers and offer a full range of lash and brow services.
Together, we’ll build your skills as a lash and brow technician from the ground up, starting with one of our signature lash treatments. You’ll choose where to start with your first treatment, (classic lash extensions or lash lift & tint), which will become the foundation of your business.
From this solid foundation, you will begin offering this treatment to your clients and earn an income whilst we introduce our brow sculpt training. This will increase the value of your existing clients lash clients and open your appointment book up to a wider clientele.
For each of the five trainings, we provide you with a starter kit containing our own brand of products, which will see you through your case studies and start earning you income.
CONGRATULATIONS you now have the prestigious title of a lash and brow technician (and more importantly skills).
We will now start to further those skills by adding an additional lash treatment, plus two additional brow treatments (brow lamination and Henna) to further grow your clientele and income.
We will work with you over the first year to help build your business and continue to grow your practical skills via our weekly live online training sessions.
During your time with us, you will be a part of a supportive online community of like mined women. You will have direct access to our brand owners Emma and Aaron who will be guiding you through your journey.

After each module, we will test your knowledge with a short multiple-choice test.
Once you have completed the modules and familiarised yourself with the video tutorials you will be ready to commence your case studies and the feedback process with your online mentor.
During this process, you will be working closely with your online mentor (Emma) to ensure you perform the perfect treatment every time.
During the practical section of the course, you are required to put what you have learned into action and work on live models.
We ask for a minimum of four case studies but it may be necessary to submit more if required by your mentor.
